It hardly seems possible that at 11:26 am one year ago, we met Jack for the first time. How could we have known then, what great joy this past year would hold for us? Jack has grown our capacity to love, and made us learn to take joy in even the smallest of moments. We are abundantly blessed with a little boy who has a vigor for life. His ever-present smile never ceases to make me smile, and if I could count up all of the kisses he has received over the past year, it would be hundreds of thousands. Looking back on the pictures to follow, I am smiling as I think back to each month. Each of the "firsts" that quickly became part of the daily routine. Each picture revealing a little more of the person he is becoming. Happy birthday to our very special, one of a kind, Jack Jack!
