T-Ball

 

Jack’s playing t-ball, and loving it!  It’s a whole family affair, really, because Tom and I are helping to coach his team. 

Here’s a look at some pictures from his first game. I hope to take some more, but have been too busy herding kids, I mean coaching, to snap any more photos!  :)

Candid Camera

Most people these days use their phones for EVERYTHING because, after all, most people have smart phones.  My phone is smart, but I don’t take advantage of many of its features. Like the video camera. I should be using this thing!  Tonight, for some reason, I decided to use it.  I told each of the boys that I would record them and they could do whatever they wanted.

Jack sang a song about knowing Jesus. He made this song up, but I wish he would sing this song to everyone! 

Emmett’s video begins to tell the resurrection story, and he does a really good job of telling how Mary goes to the tomb to find Jesus’ body, but it isn’t there and an angel tells her that he isn’t there. Impressed?  Me too. Then Superman enters the story. Right there after the angel speaks. Emmett loves Superman, so I’m not surprised that he made his way into this story.  Have a laugh or two at The Resurrection Story, Superman Style.

So the point of this post? I need to use the technology available to me more frequently to capture precious moments like these!
