Our Week

  Monday: Jack got to hang out with one of his favorite girls, Maggie Rose. I got to experience life with two mobile kiddos.  Maggie is crawling and Jack is almost there, so there was never a dull moment with these two!  I don't know how my friends with twins manage! :)

 

Tuesday thru Thursday were pretty quiet for us. We ran errands and played around the house. Jack got to go and visit his other girlfriends, Emma and Mia. They have grown so much!

  On Friday we picked up Tom from work and headed over on the ferry to Kingston to spend the weekend with Tom's parents.  We woke up Saturday morning and after many, many cups of coffee went to the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island. It is a very unique park that requires reservations (no kidding). There are trails and gardens and lots of beautiful scenery. Jack got to ride in the backpack, so he was happy. After that, we had a picnic in another park and Jack checked out the swings (always a fave)!

We also walked around Poulsbo and then spent the rest of the afternoon playing on the lawn and watching the golfers go by.

Sunday we headed home and began the process of getting ready for Poland. It seems hard to believe that we leave next Saturday. This week we'll be continuing to pack and get ourselves prepared for what promises to be an adventure!
