On August 10, our little Jack's great-grandpa Jack turned 95 years old. What a milestone! We ventured over the mountains to the city so nice they named it twice, Walla Walla. Saturday we lounged at the house, watched golfers, and even took a little swim in the community pool. That night we had dinner at the Company Club (or Country Club as it is actually called) to celebrate with GG Jack. Little Jack loved the ice cream cake that GG Jack got for his birthday. He ate so much we were worried he might have a stomach ache!
After dinner, Jack and Dad got a treat--they were allowed to take one of the golf carts out for a short spin on the course. Jack was in heaven, that is until he had to get out of the cart!
